Updated versions of this Notice will be posted in our office and on our website, if applicable.

X. How to Make Privacy Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Official or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.
We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
XI. Ensuring Your Information Remains Confidential
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
